Zero Stars. Absolute Garbage, both device and support. The device will not live track my dogs. I don’t need to know where my missing dogs were 20 minutes ago. I need to know where they are NOW.Tractive is based in Austria. They have no means of contact other than email. There is no way to reach them by telephone. DOES NOT WORK MY DOGS ARE NOW GONE Do not buy this item. I was so hopeful as when I first got this and tried it, it worked great for about 10 hours. Then it never worked again. it took 24 hours for the first response and since they respond at 4AM by the time you respond it takes another day to respond. It has taken 4 days for them to decide to replace my tracker and only because I had the Tractive Care and now it won’t even arrive for a week or in 5 days if I pay more.
