Life changing I resisted getting one of these for a long time. But at my age, having a device that keeps a literal finger on my pulse is desirable. I like that it has fall detection. And ECG. The reminders to exercise, move, stand and breathe are actually useful. I work on computers a lot, and I need to be shaken sometimes. The integration with my iPhone is handy. It’s great being able to shop for food with my list open on my wrist, leaving my hands free to pick up items. It’s also nice to leave the phone…

Doesn’t track fitness and sleep well I bought this watch to help track my fitness but after wearing it for a full volleyball game, I was shown that I had only done 5 minutes of workout (when I really did an hour). Also, I downloaded the pillow app to track my sleep and woke up this morning for the watch to tell me I had zero sleep and I had worn it all night. I don’t know if my watch was defective or what but it is frustrating b/c I paid so much for it.
