no instructions on programming. I didn’t receive instruction and unless I can get help I will have to return as I am unable to program this watch. I have tried everything and without success to get this watch goin beyond the initial stage.

Never again Didnât come with charger or watch bands! Only came with watch. The add is very miss leading. For the price i paid i mind as week return it and get a brand new one
